Josephine Doric was born on March 19, 1872, in Austria, the daughter of Peter and Helen (Buyanovic) Doric. She married Mr. John Gudac and later she immigrated to the United States in 1905. She had five sons; Stephen, John, Milton, Joseph and Antone; and two daughters; Rose and Johanna Gudac. She died on September 14, 1926, in Bruin, Pennsylvania, at the age of 54.
