DEXTER -- Lillie Belle Brehmer, 86, died Sept. 21, 2007, at Cypress Point Healthcare in Dexter. Born April 2, 1921, in Greensburg, Kan., daughter of the late John Thomas and Lilly Crowe Looney, she was a member of Faith Lutheran Church in Dexter, Home Extension Club and O.A.K.S. She was a former teacher in Helena, Okla., and homemaker. She worked with her husband on the family farm.
On June 15, 1943, in Alva, Okla., she married Elmer Brehmer, who preceded her in death on June 30, 2002. One brother, Mark Looney; and one sister, Mona Shopin, also preceded her in death.
Visitation is from 5 to 7 p.m. today at Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter. Services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday at the Faith Lutheran Church in Dexter with Adam Mueller, pastor, officiating. Burial will follow in the Chalk Bluff Cemetery.
