Nancy was Jewish and grew up in Greenwood, Mississippi. She moved to Little Rock in the early 1930s and met her Buddy, marrying in 1936.. They had a loving and enjoyable marriage and when Buddy died in 1978, Nancy experienced the loss terribly. Ten years later, Nancy passed away.
Nancy and Bud Breier adopted Sandra when she was an infant, their only child. They adored her; Sandra was talented - loved singing and playing the piano. Nancy and Bud loved each other and lived, in the early 1960s in a flat at 124 1/2 West Markham; upstairs of the family's restaurant.
Nancy kept up with cousins in Mississippi and New York and Cleveland and elesewhere, was affable and refined, and beloved by her family and friends. She is remembered and missed.
