Beatrice Joiner, age 70 of Brookport, IL passed away June 1, 2020 at home.
She was born February 6, 1950 to James T. and Marjorie (Kittle) Smith in Wheaton, IL. She married Robert L. Joiner on August 9, 1968.
Beatrice is survived by her husband, Robert L. Joiner, Sr. of Brookport; daughter, Angie Stinnett of Golconda; two sons, Bob Joiner of Brookport, Ric Joiner of Brookport; sister, Eloise Courser of Metropolis; brother, Robert Smith of Metropolis; eight grandchildren, Chastity Trammel, Elizabeth Riley, Summer Taber, Kagen Hill, Zachary Dunstan, Jacob Dunstan, Austin Dunstan, Lillian Joiner; two great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by, two brothers, James Smith and Bill Howell; infant sister; several nieces and nephews.
A private graveside service will be held at Independence Cemetery on Friday June 5, 2020. Brother Roy Baker will conduct the service.
