Moline police were called and the injured woman was taken to the hospital. An inquest is scheduled for later today in Knox-Trimble funeral home, where the body was taken.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 Monday afternoon in Knox-Trimble funeral home and burial will be in Rose Lawn Memorial Park cemetery.
Mrs. Krone, the former Jennie L. Sparrey(Sporrey), was born March 21, 1890, in Dalarna, Sweden, and came to America at the age of 3. She was married to Edward V. Krone, March 19, 1910, in Clinton, Ia. She attended Bethel Medthodish church.
Surviving are the widower; two daughters, Mrs. C.G. Glasgow, Moline, and Mrs. V. R. Sanders of Batavia, Ill.; three sisters, Mrs. Johnson of Rock Island, Mrs. William Lytle of Inglewood, Calif., and Mrs. Fred Krueger of Temple City, Calif.; three brothers, Fred W. Sparrey(Sporrey) of Davenport, Albin O. Sparrey(Sporrey), of Aurora, Ill. and Fritz R. Sparrey(Sporrey) of Rose Mead., Calif; and two grandchildren. A brother preceded her in death.
