'Jack' Proctor was a farmer in the Temperance Hall area outside of Rocky Mount, NC. He married 'Cherry' Hargrove in 1950, and they had three children: Nelson Glenn, Marilyn Rose, and Regina Anne. He was very active in the Temperance Hall Methodist Church, and was a popular member of his community. He was a friend to all and helped as many people as he could in his lifetime. He left a wife, three children and their spouses, and five grandchildren.
