Melvin Henry Avery, 92 of Bolton died Sunday, October 25, 2020, at the Columbus Regional Healthcare Center in Whiteville. Melvin was born in Frankfort, Michigan on March 19, 1928, to the late Floyd Leslie Avery and Lyle Michael Avery. In addition to his parents, Melvin is predeceased by his wife; Candelari Veriation Avery.

Melvin served his country in the Army as a machine operator during the Korean Conflict.
