BERRINGER, ALBERT F.

Of Kittanning, PA, on January 1, 2007 in Armstrong Co. Memorial Hospital. Born June 25, 1923 in Pittsburgh, a son of the late Albert and Florence (Bassett) Berringer. Husband of the late Norma Berringer (who died Sept. 5, 1992); father of Darcy Kao and husband James of San Jose, CA and the late Debroah Gavasto and Linda Riddle; 7 grandchildren and 11 great- grandchildren. Preceded in death by his brother; uncle of Karen Waugaman of Kittanning. He retired from Westinghouse, was a WWII Army Veteran and a member of VFW Lower Burrell and Masonic #799. He loved to travel and spend time with his cat E.T. who was also a very faithful companion. Friends are being received 2-4 and 7-9pm WEDNESDAY 1/3/07 in the SNYDER/CRISSMAN FUNERAL HOME, Kittanning. Services will be conduced in the funeral home on Thursday at 2pm by Rev. Carl Johnson, Pastor of St. Johns Lutheran Church. Burial in Greenwood Memorial Park, Lower Burrell.
