Wednesday the remains of William M. Barkdull and Oliver B. Dobie were transferred from the old village burial grounds, in the rear of the Baptist church to the Claibourne cemetery. The first was a brother of Reverend Thomas Nelson Barkdull, and the other a half brother. William about thirteen at time of his death, was buried forty-two years ago, and Oliver aged nine months, died two years later.
