Hiddingh in 1934 and together they had 2 sons Michael born in 1935 and John born in 1937. Her husband Armand Guy "A.G." Hinnigh was killed in action during World War II on November 22nd 1941 and she later remarried actor David Tomlinson in September 1943, who was serving in the R.A.F. during the time. 2 months later on December 1st 1943 she took her 2 sons to a hotel in New York City hoping to join her husband David in England but she soon learned that she couldn't take the kids with her to England. The next day on December 2nd 1943 she took both of her children by the arm and jumped out of the hotel window killing herself at the age of 34 and Michael at age 8 and John at age 6.
