Mrs. Cherney moved to Scottsdale nine years ago from her native Chicago.
Services will be at 10 a.m. tomorrow at Green Acres Mortuary, 401 N. Hayden. Burial will be in Green Acres Memorial Gardens. Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the mortuary.
Survivors include two sons, Jerry of Scottsdale and Cal of Phoenix; one daughter, Mrs. Lorraine Parker of Scottsdale, and seven grandchildren.
