She was survived by her sons, Jack Hoffman of Dayton, Ohio, Jim Hoffman of Preble County, Ohio, and Tom Kehler of Dayton, Ohio; her daughter, Pat Cox of Dayton, Ohio; her brothers, J.C. Cox of Kentucky, Fred Cox of Florida, Ernest Cox of Kettering, Ohio, and Jim Cox of Tennessee; her sister, Myrtle Wells of Northridge; and five grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Cordell Cox and Claudia (Woody) Cox; and her husband, Glen Hoffman.
Funeral services were held on Wednesday, June 16, 1999 at Morrissons Funeral Home in Kettering, Ohio. Visitation was one hour prior to the service. Interment was in Mt. Zion (Shoup) Cemetery.
