Sandra Lee Lawson Dye, 60, a devoted and loving wife, grandmother, daughter, sister, and aunt, died at her home in Hobbs , New Mexico on September 13, 2006.

Sandy's life-work was to bring love, comfort and hope to all she met. She spent her life giving and caring for the family she loved so very much. Although she is gone, the love, laughter, friendship and inspiration will never leave the many lives she has touched. She was preceeded in death by her father, Earl James Lawson, and her husband, Richard Oscar Dye. Funeral Services were held in Texas after cremation her ashes were scattered at the Llano River between London and Junction Texas.

She is survived by Robert Laike Whinery, and her mother, Vera Doris Hanson. Her children: Kelly, Earl, Shannon, Billy, Shawnlee, and China.

Her siblings: Half sister Deborah and brother-in-law Gerald Ledbetter, half brother Bill and sister-in-law Karen Dobbs, half brother Keith and sister-in-law Jill Lawson, half brother Joel Lawson, half sister Janice Greene, half sister Mendy Lawson and half brother Jamie Lawson.

Her Grandchildren: Chantell, Chance, Jackie, Taylor, Hallie, Amaree, Crystal, and her great grandson Anthony and many neices and nephews.
