Henry Jackson Jordan, Son of James Anthony Jordan and Elizabeth Todd Jordan, 77, died at the Wallace Hospital, Lebanon, Missouri, here at midnight Friday, July 1938 following a short illness. His home was in Boise, Idaho. He had been in Wright county on a visit when he became ill. Funeral services and burial were held at McBride at 10 o'clock Thursday morning. The Rev. Merle A. Mitchell, pastor of the Lebanon Baptist Church officiating. His wife died three months prior to Henry. Survivors include five children, B---sie Jordan, Hosia Jordan, Elizabeth Randolph, Belle Randolph, all of Nampa, Idaho, and S. Jordan, Bondera, Texas, six brothers, William, James, Joe and Elmore Jordan all of Wright county, Noah Jordan of Idaho; two sisters, Dossie Allen and Adeline Jordan living in Idaho and Texas; seventeen grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
