Mrs. John Raymond, 70, of 108 Railroad Ave., Moline, died at Franciscan Hospital Tuesday night.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Esterdahl Mortuary with the Rev. Ellis Youngdahl officiating. Burial will be in Rose Lawn Memorial Estates.

Visitation will be from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday. Memorial may be made to the Kidney Foundation.

Mildred Dorothy Cromer was born in Muscatine. She married John J. Raymond in 1928 in Rock Island.

She and her husband owned and operated Johnnie's Meat Market, Moline, for 20 years, retiring in 1967. She was a member of the Edgewood Baptist Church, Rock Island.

Survivors include the widower, one son, John J. Raymond Jr., Rock Island; four grandchildren; five great grandchildren; on sister Mrs. Leonora Anderson of California, and a half-brother, Wesley McIntire of Carson City, Nev.
