Ada K. Unger Bessette 69, of Syracuse passed away July 9, 2003. Born in Syracuse, Ada was the owner of Ada's Restaurant and Ada's Place. She was pre-deceased by her husband Leon J. in 1987 and sons Gary S. in 2001, Michael A. in 1974 and Steven J. in 1991. Ada is survived by two daughters, Ginger Barnes of Clay and Elaina Bessette of Syracuse. One sister, Louise Aseltine of Syracuse. Eleven grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren. Services will be private. There will be no calling hours. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery. Contributions may be made to: Hospice of CNY, 990 Seventh North St. Liverpool, NY 13088.
