Daughter of John David Hauser (1873-1961) and his first wife Lottie D. Mason (1872-1942) who got divorced. The 1910 and 1920 U.S. Census Reports have her first name recorded as "Maud" and middle initial as "I" and "F"; while some later dated documents show "Maxine" with the middle initial "T".
The information on her first husband Maley M. Belmont and their children was obtained from the 1940 U.S. Census in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. Her birth and death dates were originally found on FamilySearch.org. - FAG contributor "Sissy"(ID # 47369902) has provided a copy of Maxine's birth logbook page (copy attached). It shows her being born in Dobbin, Grant Count, WV in 1907. So, it appears that her tombstone was misdated with the birth year of 1906.
On Maxine's birth logbook page, another baby girl was recorded as "Violet Hauser" by the physician. He listed her as born on March 25, 1907, to the same parents. This appears to be either a duplicate birth entry which used the wrong first name or a twin sister who died at birth! I do not have any further information on "Violet" or her continued existence, after searching Ancestry.com and FamilySearch.org.
