Beloved husband of the late Sandra May Higgins (nee Chappius); dearest father of Robert Bart Higgins and the late Joseph Russell Higgins; dear grandfather of Amanda, Andrea and Joseph; great-grandfather of Marlie, Jimmy, Travis and Kabe; brother of Steven (Somona) Higgins and Patricia Masgai; our dear brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend.

Services: Visitation at the SCHRADER Funeral Home - Eureka, 108 N. Central Avenue, Monday, November 30, 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 12:00 p.m. Interment at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. Friends may sign the family’s on-line guestbook at Schrader.com.
