A U.S. Army Air Corps veteran of WWII, Frank was an educator his entire career, he started his career at East Orange HS as Department Chairman of Physical Education and Health. After many years in East Orange, he became Athletic Director at Parsippany HS and concluded his career as Supervisor of Physical Education, Health, Driver's Education, and Special Projects Coordinator at River Dell HS. Frank also held various coaching positions throughout his career as Head Baseball Coach - Panzer College, Assistant Football Coach - Montclair State College, Assistant Head Coach - East Orange High School, and Head Football Coach - Parsippany High School. Frank lived in East Orange, NJ before moving to Clifton in 1954.
