Helen M. Abner 59, of Leon passed away Monday October 1, 2007 at home following a long illness. Born December 1, 1947 in Magoffin Co. Kentucky she was the daughter of the late Earl and Louise Auxier Holbrooks. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by 3 children, 5 brothers and 4 sisters.
A graveside service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday October 4, 2007 at the Abner Family Cemetery, Leon with Pastor Pete Cobb officiating. Friends may call from 12:00 p.m.-1:00 p.m. at Raynes Funeral Home, Buffalo.
