Vanessa Dale Adkins Buell, 65, of Booneville, Kentucky passed away on Monday, November 30, 2020. She was born in Ferndale on February 21, 1955, the daughter of the late Jess and Gladys McDonald Adkins. Vanessa had been a nurse’s aide at Britthaven Nursing Home.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Donald R. Buell; her sister, Etta Gray; and her brother, William Carson Adkins.
Vanessa is survived by her husband of 41 years, Donald “Donnie” Buell; her daughters, Mika Buell and Melissa Cozze; her sons, Tim Buell and Matt Buell; her grandchildren, Taylor Buell, Shelbi Buell, Emma Buell, Jovan Cozze, and Valen Cozze; her great grandchildren, Dylan Barnett, Timothy James Barnett, Ellie Kate Barnett, Avery Fisher, and one on the way; her brothers, Luther Adkins, Lester Adkins, Charles Ray Adkins, Jess Edward Adkins, and James Pascal Adkins; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Due to COVID-19 Restriction all services are private. Rev. Shannon Price presiding. Burial will follow at the Pinelawn Memorial Gardens in Pineville. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
