Joan was born the daughter of the late Grayland and Marion (Jerkins) Larsen. Joan was joined in marriage to Ross Scott Trouten on August 1, 1970 in Flint, Michigan and he preceded her in death July 19, 2013. Joan was member of First Presbyterian Church of Flint, Sons of Norway, Flint Institute of Art, Pen Pal’s of England and Norway, she was an avid collected of the American Indian and Spanish Heritage. Joan was teacher for many years in the Genesee County.
She is preceded in death by brother: Grayland “Lanny” Larsen. A special thank you to Absolute Hospice.
