Aaron M Lippincott enlisted in the Union Army, in Company H of the 19th Pennsylvania Calvary in July 1863. He was discharged in July of 1865. Aaron later re-enlisted, joining Company K of the 1st U S Cavalry in 1872. He was then discharged in June of 1878.
