Mrs. Valerie Barras Williford “Vallie”, 63, of Garden City, passed away on Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at her home.

Vallie was born in Savannah and was preceded in death by her father, Donald Joseph Barras “Donnie”, and a sister, Cindy Dowd. She attended the House of Refuge 2 in Rincon.

Survivors include her husband, Ronald D. Williford; two sons, Ronny Williford (Crystal) and Clint Williford (Kathy); grandchildren, Michaela (Sam), Drake, Jada, Braxton, Averi, and Aubri; great-granddaughter, Sutton; mother, Carole Barras; siblings, David Barras (Joye), Christy Nunley (Ricky), and Dannie Barras (Lisa), as well as a number of nieces and nephews.

The visitation will be from 10 until 11 a.m. on Saturday, December 5th at the funeral home with Vallie’s homegoing service to follow at 11 a.m. in the chapel of the funeral home with Pastor Al Walker officiating. All CDC and social distancing guidelines will be in effect including the wearing of masks (Chatham County Mandate).

In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be given to the House of Refuge 2, 306 East Fourth Street, Rincon, GA 31326.
