Marilyn Yvonne (Chastain) Prather, 82, of Greenville, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, December 2, 2020. She was born on July 20, 1938 in Mitchell, Indiana to the late Paul and Violet (Walton) Chastain.
In addition to her parents, Marilyn was preceded in death by her son, Michael Prather.
Marilyn is survived by her children, Eric Prather, Jan Rios (David); eight grandchildren and one great-grandson.
Cremation was chosen following Marilyn's wishes and Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) was entrusted with her care.
