She was born July 3, 1869 in Iowa, and died at Miami Inspiration Hospital in Miami, AZ on June 1, 1956. She was a resident of Miami Gardens, and had lived in Arizona for three years.
She was survived by one son, Carroll of Miami, AZ; two brothers, Dan Counsil of Augusta, Kans., and Oren Counsil of San Diego, Calif; two sisters, Mrs. Georgia Ormsby and Mrs. Mayme Davidson, both of Oakland, Calif.; two grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
