Mr. Welch was preceded in death by his parents William Andrew Welch and Mattie D. Guy Welch and six brothers Andrew Welch, Jr., Lewis J. Welch, William E. Welch, Lavon “ Bodie” Welch, Lewis Ralph Welch and Ernest Dwain Welch.
He is survived by two brothers Thomas R. Welch and Roy M. Welch both of Frisco City, AL and nineteen nieces and nephews.
