***** UNITED STATES MARINE *****

Jimmy was the son of Matthew and Helen Sincere, the youngest of five children, he grew up and went to school in East Hartford-Connecticut. That is where I met Jimmy. He was kind to every-one and had many friends. He is missed by all that knew him. Jimmys' dad has passed away but his mom is still with us, a very kind, loving and gentle woman.
She is a "GOLD STAR MOTHER". Rest in peace Jimmy. ^i^

2 NOTES FROM JIMMY'S FRIENDS:

JAMES SINCERE. HOW I REMEMBER YOUR PRIDE AND ENTHUSIASM. YOU REPRESENTED YOUR FAMILY AND COUNTRY WELL. I THINK OF YOU OFTEN, TO THIS DAY.
I WAS GREATLY SADDENED BY LOSING YOU AND WON'T FORGET YOU EVER.

CPL RODNEY K. SHREINER
-----
I think of you often. You are part of the pride I feel about what we did long ago & so far away from home. Only those of us who depended on each other to be there when the chips were down knows what it was like to put oneself in harms way for a fellow Marine.
I kept my word to you & have not regretted my life since. For as long as I live & the "Corps" lives so will you !
Your Team Mate For Life
First Force Recon - Viet Nam 1968-69

I Miss You

Tread lightly, 'tis a soldiers grave,
A lonely, mossy mound;
And yet to hearts like mine and thine
It should be holy ground~

Speak softly, let no careless laugh,
No idle, thoughtless jest,
Escape your lips where sweetly sleeps
The hero in his rest~

For him no reveille will beat
When morning beams shall come;
For him, at night, no tattoo rolls
Its thunders from the drum~

Tread lightly! for a man bequeathed,
Ere laid beneath this sod,
His ashes to his native land,
His gallant soul to God~

Thank you Lil for sponsoring this memorial.
