Visitation for Alexis Falicia Marie Cepeda will be held at Bashim Funeral Care (3312 Niles St.) on Monday afternoon, March 10, 2003, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday morning, March 11, 2003 at Oasis Christian Center (4240 E. Brundage Lane). Interment will follow at Union Cemetery.
Our beautiful baby went to be with Jesus on Sunday, March 2, 2003. She was going to be five May 9, 2003. Her grandpa, Enrique Gonzalez was in heaven waiting for her. She is survived by her parents, Santos and Amanda Cepeda; granny, Laura Faz; grandparents, Santos Cepeda, Sr. and Mary Arambula; brother, Christopher Valenzuela; sisters, Ashley Valenzuela, Anastasia and Arcelling Cepeda and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. She was loved by all that knew her and she will be deeply missed.
Alexis was a near drowning on April 30, 2000. She was the only one to survive this horrible tragedy. We thank God for the time he has given us to spend with our angel. We wish to thank Dr. Terry Hutchinson for all his love and compassion and everyone else who took such wonderful care of our baby.
