Ed is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Geraldine (O'Farrell) Wagner. Loved dearly by his children Kimberly (Robert) Luther, Homer City and Joanne (William) Papuga, Ebensburg; grandchildren Mark (Donna) Luther, Melissa (Tyler) Mehalko, and Steven and Allison Papuga; great grandchildren Milo and Evelyn Luther; siblings Helen Trout, Fay Butz, Anna Strapple, Bertha (Gerald) Nedrich, and John Wagner. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by daughter Lisa Marie Wagner, brother Kenneth Wagner, and sister Freda Montgomery.
He was an Army Veteran who served during the Korean War. He was employed by Bethlehem Steel. Member of Nanty Glo Christian Missionary Alliance Church. Ed was the best husband, dad, and pap that his family could ever ask for. He was devoted to his wife and family and loved spending time with all of them. He will always be known for his handiwork and his famous pancakes, bacon, and rhubarb jelly. Ed is dearly loved and will be missed by all his family.
Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in Pineland Cemetery, Strongstown. Bowser Ondriezek Funeral Home, Nanty Glo is in charge of the services.
