She was born Oct. 16, 1929, in St. Louis to Raymond and Mary Combs Lankford.
Surviving are her father of Abingdon; one sister, Helen Haynes of Galesburg; and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother and one brother.
An Abingdon area resident all of her life, she was a baby sitter in her own home.
She was a member of Abingdon Christian Church.
Services will be at Abingdon Cemetery.
