GUTIERREZ-BALDWIN , Dr. Adelina DR. ADELINA GUTIERREZ-BALDWIN, 67, of Millersville MD, died on June 3, 2010 at St. Agnes Hospital. She was born on March 26, 1943 in the Philippines, where she was raised and went to medical school.

"Dr. G", as her patients knew her, moved to the United States in 1973 where she completed her medical residency. She opened her own Pediatric office 30 years ago and had remained in practice until March 2010. Dr. Gutierrez-Baldwin was a devoted member to the St. John The Evangelist Roman Catholic Church in Severna Park. She has dedicated her life in serving the Lord. She dearly loved spending time with all her church family and friends to whom she felt very close.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Leroy Baldwin. She was the loving sister of Leonila Mendoza, Jovita Mendoza (Antonio), Clarita Ada Cruz (Urbano), Basilio Gutierrez, Ricardo Gutierrez (Josie). She was the loving aunt of Aira O'Donnell (Michael) of MD, Karen Bryant (Jack) of MD, Gerry Ong (Carmelita) of TX, Rene Nepomuceno (Patricia) of MD, Neth Gloria of CA, and other nieces and nephews in the Philippines. She was the loving "Lola" to Kristen, Daniel, Albert, Nowelle, Matthew, Jack, Kaitlyn, Gerald, Alexander, Ryan, Patrick and other great-nieces and great-nephews in the Philippines. She was a friend to many people too numerous to count, and had touched many, many lives by being herself.

A Memorial Mass will be offered at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, June 8, 2010, at St. John The Evangelist Roman Catholic Church, 689 Ritchie Hwy, Severna Park, MD 21146. Inurnment will be private. Please join the family at the American Legion #175, 832 Manhattan Beach Rd., Severna Park, MD. 21146 following the memorial mass for a gathering and celebration of Adelina's life. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Ovarian Cancer National Alliance 910 17th St., N.W., Ste.1190, Washington, D.C. 20006
