He was a loving, and caring husband and dad, a great provider. He loved spending time with family, cooking and listening to his favorite jazz music, and hanging out with his buddy (Smiley).
Bruce was born to Wilmer Leon and Mildred Sue Ray, on August 6, 1963 in Odessa, TX. He excelled in school, played football and ran track at Ector High School. He went on to pursue a higher education at OC and Devry.
Leaving to cherish his memory, his wife of 32 years Carolyn Ray, and his two children, Treva Ray and Sean Ray (Leah), and 4 grandchildren. His mother, Mildred Sue Ray, brother Bill Ray (Annette), sisters, Leslie Walker (David), De'Renda Phillips (Cassuis), Gail Ray, grandmother, Maggie Hunter, as well as a numerous of nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles, and other family members and friends.
Bruce was preceded in death by his father, Wilmer Leon Ray, brother, Trevor Lance Ray, grandparents, Howard Hunter, Dick and Bertha Ray.
He will truly be missed.
