Mrs. Fannin was born January 31, 1916, at Crockett, a daughter of the late Lee Roy and Martha Sloas Hutchinson. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Homer W. Fannin, in 1993.
She was a homemaker and attended the Summit Baptist Church.
Surviving are three sons, Homer W. Fannin, Jr. of Saint Perers, Missouri and Roy W. Fannin and Gary A Fannin both of Ashland; one daughter, Dorsa "Dottie" Hay of Ashland; one brother, Ray Hutchinson of West Libeerty; one sister, Dorsa Ison of Waverly, Ohio; eight grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted at 11:00 am Monday, July 31, at Steen Funeral Home, in Cannonsburg, with Rev. Thomas Williams Officiating. Burial was in the Rose Hill Burial Park in Ashland, under the direction of Steen Funeral Home.
