SHREVEPORT, LA - Funeral services celebrating the life of Betty Juneau Cranford, 69, will be held 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, October 10, 2007 at St. Mary of the Pine Catholic Church. Officiating will be Friar Rothell Price. Interment will follow in Forest Park West. The family will receive friends Tuesday, October 9, 2007 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home Southside.
Betty was born in Shreveport, LA on February 28, 1938 to Aaron and Norma Juneau. She went to be with the Lord, October 7, 2007 after a lengthy illness. She was a resident of Shreveport, LA where she was a homemaker and a member of St. Mary Of The Pines Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, Pat and Shelia; her son, Mark Stephen Cranford. Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband of 52 years, Herman R. Cranford, Sr.; sister, Marsha Jahn and husband, Ed; brother, David Juneau and wife, Tish; children: Herman R. Cranford, Jr., Lisa McBride and husband Billy, Patty Murphree and husband Gregg, Chris Cranford and wife Donna; grandchildren: Stacy Randolph, Marie and Sheena Cranford, Crystal Gronwald, Dylan Dickson, Lawrence and Mark Murphree, Colby and Dawson Cranford; great-grandchildren: Sebastian Cranford, Grace Baumann, Hannah Gronwald and Emma Gronwald.
Pallbearers will be Dylan Dickson, Lawrence Murphree, Mark Murphree, Joe Gronwald, Bill Dickson, and Bobby Brawley.
