Word has been received here of the death of W. E. Carroll, Jr. at his home in Hazel Park, Mich. He died Monday morning and the body is to arrive at the Evans chapel at Hartshorne. Funeral arrangements will be announced later pending the arrival of relatives. Mr. Carroll was reared at Haileyville and was married to Miss Ada Lee Woods of Hartshorne. Surviving are the widow and two children and his parents, who also live at Hazel Park. Prior to several weeks illness Mr. Carroll had worked in a war plant.
