LAST TRIBUTE TO CHARLES W. HARE
Charles Wesley Hare was the son of Mr. and Mrs. B. F. Hare. He was born in Princeville, Ill., July 1st, 1850. He was married Oct 22, 1872, to Miss Martha Boykin at Knob-Noster, Mo. A good part of his life was spent in Princeville. He moved away from here over ten years ago. He died at Mulberry, Kas., Nov 15th 1915 at the age of 65 years, four months and 15 days. He is survived by his wife and their nine children:
Mrs. Marion Whiteman of Kansas, Byron E. Hare, Galesburg, Illinois, William F. Hare Galesburg, Ills., Orville J. Hare, Mulberry, Kas., Mrs. Grace H. Burke, Rio, Ill., George R. Hare, Galesburg, Ill., Mrs. Eva Garloff, Galesburg, Ill., Albert C. Hare, Galesburg, Ill., and Forest L. Hare, Galesburg. There are sixteen grandchildren. He is also survived by a brother, James Hare of Bloomington, Ill.
The remains were brought here for burial last Friday morning. The funeral service was held in the afternoon at the Methodist church and was conducted by Rev. Stanley Ward.
