Mary Francis Gregory was born on December 24, 1940, in Laurel County, Kentucky, the daughter of the late John and Blanche Adams Smith. She is survived by Clayton and Bobby Gregory, both of Ohio, three siblings, Carl Smith, George “Peanut” Smith and Evelyn Smith, all of London, ten grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, plus a host of other friends and relatives to mourn her passing. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by two children, Connie Ball and Jeff Gregory, and her former husband, Henry Clay Gregory.
Mary Francis Gregory departed this life at her home on Friday, January 1, 2021, being 80 years and 8 days of age.
Funeral services for Mary Francis Gregory will be conducted at 11 AM Wednesday in the Bowling Funeral Home Chapel with Wayne House and Brandon Gregory officiating. Burial will follow in the Gregory Cemetery at Portersburg.
