She was an active member of Monterey United Methodist Church and served as Treasurer for the United Methodist Women as well as taught children in Sunday School. Beyond her love for her church, she loved to sew and grow flowers.
She is survived by: her husband, William E. Lambert of Florence; sons, William E. Lambert, Jr. of Richland and James Michael Lambert of Round Rock, Texas; three grandchildren, Maggie, Joshua and Michelle Lambert; a nephew, Nathaniel Stewart of Trenton; and niece, Linda Noble of Fairhope, Ala.
