Agnes C. Richards, 92, Matney Morningside Nursing Home, died Thursday, Dec. 24, 1992, at the nursing home after a long illness. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel with the Rev. Michael A. Last, pastor of Augustana Lutheran Church, officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Mrs. Richards, the former Agnes C. Craft, was born June 15, 1900, in Brainerd, Iowa. She married Frank R. Richards June 28, 1916, in Pueblo, Colo. She had been a resident of Sioux City since 1930. She worked at Wincharger Corp. for 34 years. Mr. Richards died Jan. 17, 1969, in Sioux City. Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Jim (Jean) Macklem of Sioux City and Mrs. Jim (Eleanor) McClain of James, Iowa; six grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three sons, Charles, Kenneth and Donald. Pallbearers will be Donald Greibe, John Bowers, Bill Bowers, Charles Solomon and Don Richards.
