Berta was the beloved wife of Sherwood H Balderson and mother of Anne and John. They lived in Elkridge, next to the end of historic Old Lawyer's Hill Road. Tragically, her daughter died as a young woman. Years later, after someone stepped on Berta's foot, it developed a cancer which progressed.
