GRANITEVILLE -- Micheal "Mikey" Jefferson Kaney Jr., infant son of Jeff Kaney and Teresa Gay Kaney, died Sunday, Dec. 13, 1998, at Medical College of Georgia Hospital, Augusta.
Additional survivors include two brothers, Jake Boatwright and Andy Boatwright, both of Graniteville; his paternal grandfather, Otto D. Kaney Jr., Langley; his paternal grandmother, Elizabeth Whitlock, Warrenville; his maternal grandfather, Arnold Gay, Clearwater; his maternal grandmother, Janell Gay, Clearwater; his paternal great-grandmother, Lella Whitlock, Warrenville; his maternal great-grandfather, Deal Gay, Garfield, Ga.; and his maternal great-grandmother, Ruth Gay, Sylvania, Ga.
