Westley James Swanson died at the age of 7. He was only in first grade when he and his family recieved the news that he had brain tumors. Doctors and nurses led family to believe they could remove tumors when later found out they could not. Westley was very caring about family. The reason why his grave says "familys are forever" is because it's something he would always say. Mickey mouse is on the grave stone because that was his favorite character growing up. As time went on he became sicker and gained weight and couldn't control what he did. He spent the last months of his life, not in a hospital, but a facility that was like hospice.
He is survived by his mother Tina Stewart. Father, Del Swanson. Sisters: Tiffany and Brittany Swanson. Westley had a group called the 3 musketeers: Westley Swanson, Brittany Swanson, and Samantha Stewart. Samantha Stewart cousin of westleys was only 2 weeks older then him.
