Pastor Allbright was born September 8, 1938 in Howell, the son of Glenn and Ethel Merle (Smith) Allbright.
He was a member of the 1955 Howell High School undefeated dream team football team. He received a Master's Degree in Zoology from the University of Michigan and a Bachelors Degree in Theology from Midwestern Baptist College.
He married Marilyn Joanne Dunn June 28, 1958 in Howell.
He was a carpenter by trade and used his carpentry skills to build churches.
Pastor Allbright had resided in Howell for the past 43 years coming from Plymouth, Canton Center, and Ypsilanti. He was the pastor of Calvary Bible Church in Cohoctah for 28 years and was the former pastor at Huron Valley Baptist Church in White Lake, which he built.
He was the Principal at Fowlerville Baptist School and Brighton Christian School. He was actively involved in the Livingston County Men's Jail Ministry for over 25 years.
Surviving are: his wife of 61 years, Marilyn; 3 children, Wendy (Glenn) Fowler of Belleville, Wade (Lisa) Allbright of Howell, and Whitnie (Vaughn) Parrish of Bancroft; granddaughters, Shelby, Savannah, Kelsey, and Kendra.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Glenn "Duane" Allbright; and infant twin brothers.
