Beulah attended Ash Grove Baptist Church and graduated from Ash Grove High School on May 16, 1941. She married Floyd Murray Keene on September 5, 1943. Beulah lived in Springfield, MO and attended Immanuel Baptist Church. She enjoyed front porch sittin’, tending her roses and watching the activities in the neighborhood. Beulah made many quilts with her mom, cross stitched and did Artex painting with her daughter. Her favorite things to do was watch WCW and WWE wrestling. Beulah also loved to watch westerns on Saddle up Saturday and country music shows like Larry’s Country Diner. She worked as a census taker, babysitter and eventually retired after 20 plus years as a housekeeper at Hilton Inn.
Beulah was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, brother Harold Cameron, two sisters Goldie Brown and Gladys Stokes, daughter Beverly Highland and granddaughter Denise Franz.
She is survived by her son Randy Keene (wife Carolyn), sister Opal McNeese, three granddaughters Donna Benway, Cynthia Hayter (husband Adam), and Carrie Kilpatrick (husband Wes), eight great-grandchildren Bradly Keene, Krysta Highland, Chelsea Powers, Ariana Daniels, Christopher Benway, Raven Suero, Airen Soto and Zachary Benway, and 12 great-great-grandchildren.
