A funeral service and celebration of Barbara's life will be conducted at 11:00 am on Wednesday, February 3, 2021, at Tharp Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow at Mt. Hermon Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4:00 until 6:00 pm on Tuesday, February 2, 2021, at Tharp Funeral Home & Crematory, Bedford. Tharp Funeral Home & Crematory, Bedford is assisting the family.
