Lorraine Birchfield, 61, of Brighton, Tennessee, passed away January 28th, 2021 at Methodist Hospital North. A retired floral designer, she worked for Arlington Florist for years. She was a member of Faith Baptist church in Arlington, Tennessee and always helped those less fortunate than herself. She kept busy cooking for those she loved and directing productions at the Ruffin Theatre. She was often heard saying "Les la bon ton roule" or "Let the good times roll". Her laugh was infectious and her heart, larger than the life she lived. A devoted wife, mother and grandmother, she loved her family with her whole heart and treasured each moment spent with them. Without a doubt, Christmas was her special time! She absolutely loved it and if given the chance, Lorraine would transform any room into an enchanted scene unlike any other! She was special lady and will be greatly missed! Mrs. Birchfield is survived by her loving husband of 43 years, Timothy Birchfield; two daughters, Marissa Niccum (Shane) and Tiffany Roy (R.J.); one son, David Ferguson (Susan); nine grandchildren, Nathan, Rachel, Morgan, Kody, Emma, Camden, Haylee, Maddie, and Makynzie; two sisters, Marian Charpentier and Darlene Golden; and her mother, Wilma Golden and the late David Golden. The family will receive friends Saturday, February 6th, 2021 at Munford Funeral Home-Munford Chapel from 9 until the service at 11 A.M. Interment will follow in the Forest Hill East Cemetery.
