A Memorial Service for William Edward “Bill” Faulkner, 87, of Williston, SC, will be held at three o’clock p.m., Sunday, February 7, 2021 at the Eddie Yelton Christian Activity Building at Winfield Heights Baptist Church; Reverend Jamie Wootten will be officiating. Due to the current pandemic and the CDC regulations, social distancing and other guidelines will be in place; facemasks are requested. Bill passed away on Tuesday, February 2, 2021.

Born in Charlotte, NC, Bill was a son of the late James Rufus Faulkner and Zella Mae Sheets Faulkner and was first married to the late Clara V. Faulkner. He was a member of Winfield Heights Baptist Church and retired from Chem-Nuclear as a truck driver.

Survivors include his loving wife of 18 years Elizabeth “Lib” Elkins Faulkner of the home; his daughters Toni Powell, Brenda K. Pryor, Billie Jo Hightower; his son William Edward “Eddie” Faulkner, Jr; step-daughter Hope McMullen; a brother Wade C. Faulkner and a number of grandchildren and great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a daughter Quincy Geraldine Patterson; a sister Martha Jean Alexander and his brothers J. B. “Barney” Faulkner, Woodrow W. Faulkner, Arthur Mitchell Faulkner, J. R. Faulkner, Jr., Paul Eugene Faulkner and David W. Faulkner.
