Born on Nov. 29, 1969, in Evanston, Illinois, he was the son of the late Nels Oneal and Loretta (Perrone) Allen. He was a 1988 North Miami High School graduate.
Brian was a U.S. Navy veteran. He was also an avid softball player and enjoyed playing and umpiring.
Survivors include his sisters, Melinna Bacon (Jim), and Laura Rinehart (Richard; and stepmother, Cindy Oneal. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
He was also preceded in death by grandparents, Roy and Ada Oneal and William and Scevina Perrone.
