Archer, Helen E., age 96 of Fork Ridge, Moundsville, WV passed away Tuesday, July 3, 2012 at home.

She was born December 24, 1915 in Washington, PA, the daughter of the late James and Mary Jessie Ingram Tustin.

She was a member of Temple Baptist Church in Moundsville and enjoyed gardening.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband William L. Archer; three sons James "Buddy", Roy, and William L. Archer; a daughter Dorothy; five brothers Carl, Ted, Jake, Pete, and Ken Tustin, four sisters Sylvia Sharp, Dorothy Gordon, Hazel Miller, Louise McElhaney; and a grandson Rick Caldwell.

Survivors include two daughters Mary Archer and Jean (Everett) Bird all of Moundsville; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends Thursday from 6-9pm and Friday from 11:00am until the time of service at 1:00pm at Grisell Funeral Home & Crematory, 400 Jefferson Ave., Moundsville with Amedysis Chaplin Tom Mathes officiating. Interment in West Alexander Cemetery, West Alexander, PA.
